• In the RISS Information view, h old your mouse cursor over the system’s name under Appliance Name
in the RISS Domain(s) area. A tooltip displays the information.
To view information about a domain:
• In the RISS Information view, click the nam e of the domain in the RISS Domain(s) area. Information
about that domain appears in the Domain Name area.
Viewing compo
nent information
The low er port
ion of the RISS Information view shows a list of components in the RISS and each host
name. The live health status is also shown for all hosts except for the database server, load balancer, and
router. From this area you can display the IP and MAC address of any host.
To view inform
ation about a component:
1. In the RISS Information view, scroll to the RISS Physical components area.
2. Complete any of the following tasks:
•ToviewtheIP
and MAC address of a specifichost,holdyourmousecursoroverthehost
name. A tooltip displays the information.
• To check on the status of a host, check the icon next to the host name. A green icon (
)
indicates the host is Up.Aredicon(
)indicatesthehostisDown Acomputericon( )
indicates that no status information is available.
Selective Archiving folder
Mining Overview
This view provides status information about the mining system for each domain. It shows information
about Exchange server, mining server, and system; and mining system information about host and
service status. In addition, this view provides graphical store rate information. If selective archiving is not
available or running, an error message is displayed.
