1. Select the following update options:
• To show only alerts about certain status conditions, select a condition (SOFT, HARD, All)from
the State ty
pe options list. See "Hard and soft status conditions" on page 30.
• To show only c er tain types of alerts, select a n alert type from the History d etail level list. For
example, select Ser vice critical to show only alerts for services with status value CRITICAL.
•Tohidecer
tain types of alerts, select the corresponding Hide check box .
• To change alert list order, select the Older Entries First check box .
2. Click Update.
