Post-conditions:
• The VGroup represented by the instance "ReplicationGroup" is deleted.
• The instance of "ReplicationGroup" is invalid ( GetInstance(ReplicationGroup) fails ).
• If an error happens after preconditions are checked, the return value is 4 (Failed).
• If no errors happen, the return value is 0 (OK).

Supported return values:
• 0 (Success)
• 1 (Not Supported)
• 4 (Failed)
• 5 (Invalid Parameter)

• If this value is not supplied or is null, a 5 (Invalid Parameter) is returned.
• Members
• If this value is not supplied or is null, a 5 (Invalid Parameter) is returned.
• ServiceAccessPoint
• If this value is not supplied or is null, a 5 (Invalid Parameter) is returned.
