The package must not be running on the node
that is being added or deleted.
The node must not be the first to be added to,
or the last deleted from, the list of
ip_subnet_nodes for this ip_subnet.

Add, change, or
delete modular
external scripts
and pre-scripts

auto_run
Package can be either running or halted.
Add or delete a
configured
dependency
Both packages can be either running or halted
with one exception:
If a running package adds a package dependency,
the package it is to depend on must already be
running on the same node(s).
