— As in other configurations, a package will not start on a node unless the subnets
configured on that node, and specified in the package configuration file as
monitored subnets, are up.
• Cross-subnet configurations are not supported in IPv6-only or mixed mode clusters
(see “New Support for IPv6” (page 16) for information about these modes).
• Cross-subnet configurations are not supported by the SGeSAP Toolkit.

Migrating Legacy to Modular Packages
A new Serviceguard command, cmmigratepkg, first introduced in a patch to A.11.18,
automates the process of migrating legacy packages to modular packages as far as
possible. Many, but not all, packages can be migrated in this way; for details, see the
