NOTE: Before installing this version of the toolkit, you must verify and remove any earlier version
of this toolkit that might be installed on the system.
To check for a earlier version of Sendmail toolkit, run # rpm qa | grep sendmail-toolkit.
To remove the earlier version, run:
# rpm e <toolkit name retrieved after executing # rpm qa | grep
sendmail-toolkit>
To ensure that the earlier version of the Sendmail toolkit is removed from all the configured nodes
of the cluster, run the # rpm qa command on all the nodes configured to run the Sendmail web
server package.
To install the Sendmail toolkit on Red Hat, run the command:
# rpm ivh
serviceguard-sendmail-toolkit-<release_version>.redhat.noarch.rpm
The Sendmail toolkit directory is installed at the following directory:
${SGCONF}/sendmailtoolkit
NOTE: To verify the Sendmail toolkit installation, you can either run the # rpm qa | grep
sendmail-toolkit command, or you can check if all the toolkit scripts are present in the toolkit
installation directory ${SGCONF}/sendmailtoolkit.

This monitors the health of the running
Sendmail server application.
hasendmail.mon
This is interface between the package
control script and the Sendmail toolkit
main shell script hasendmail.sh.
