Pacific) or http://www.europe.itrc.hp.com (Europe).
JAGaf32042 Standby LANs config does not work properly (See
also JAGae87650)
What is the problem? In the Serviceguard Manager A.04.00 and
A.04.02 Cluster Configuration screens, once you deselect a standby
interface, it will not allow you to reselect that standby interface.
What is the workaround? There is no workaround.
JAGaf38363 Assertion Error while trying to add SMNP package.
What is the problem? A log window giving an internal error can arise
when a SMN package is added and a refresh is occurring.
What is the workaround? The internal error can be ignored. Hit the
continue button on the log window and continue to use Serviceguard
Manager.
JAGaf43915 Assertion error when focus gained during
disconnect/reconnect
What is the problem? When the user disconnects, and then
reconnects a session, the grayish box for the session disappears and
then reappears. If the user clicks on the re-appearing cluster object
immediately, it will trigger an assertion exception.
What is the workaround? The assertion error will create a log dialog
window. You can click the continue button, and resume if this
problem is encountered.
JAGaf14041 Connection error if IP Address of node can not be
found
What is the problem? You will get an error if you try to view a cluster
that does not have an entry in your COM’s /etc/hosts file. The
following is an example of an error:
7836: Failed to get storage information: Warning: Unable to
determine an IP address for epic15: 1. Error: Node chooyu
is refusing Serviceguard communication. Please make sure
