• Support for Host Bus Adapter (HBA) mode on HP AM311A controllers.
The RAID-01 bundle now supports HBA mode with the HP AM311A Smart Array P411
controller. In HBA mode, physical disks are directly exposed to the operating system as SAS
disks; the RAID features of the Smart Array controller are not used in this mode.
