shellFlowControlEnable
Enables XON/XOFF flow control on the console serial port.
Synopsis shellflowcontrolenable
Description Use this command to enable XON/XOFF flow control to the shell task. Flow control is disabled by
default.
Because this command changes the flow control on the console serial port, it must be executed from a
session that is logged in from the console serial port. This command cannot run from a telnet session.
This setting saves in the configuration database; therefore, persistent across reboots and power cycles.
On dual control processor (CP) systems, a reboot on the standby CP is required for this command to take
effect. No action is required on the active CP.
C
aution
