Caveats Se n d d o c u m e n t a t i o n c o m m e n t s t o m d s f e e d b a ck - d o c @ c i s c o . c o m • CSCth80324 Symptom: FCIP links flap due to maximum TCP retransmissions (“TCP conn. closed - retransmit failure”), or to extended pings to a peer FCIP switch that shows packet loss. This issue is due to a buffer leak that is caused when ICMP unreachables are generated in response to frames with an unreachable source address, such as 0.0.0.0.

Workaround: This issue is resolved.
Caveats Se n d d o c u m e n t a t i o n c o m m e n t s t o m d s f e e d b a ck - d o c @ c i s c o . c o m Symptom: RMON alarms that check the percentage-utilization bandwidth threshold may sometimes fail to report accurate values. This issue might occur when an internal SNMP get of the interface utilization fails, which triggers a false-positive RMON alarm that indicates a bandwidth utilization on an interface that is incorrect. Workaround: This issue is resolved.

The default is 60 seconds, but it should be 1 second. Workaround: This issue is resolved. Open Caveats • CSCtn72391 Symptom: Following a switch reload or a software upgrade, the startup configuration occasionally does not display feature fcip.
Caveats Se n d d o c u m e n t a t i o n c o m m e n t s t o m d s f e e d b a ck - d o c @ c i s c o . c o m Symptom: On the storage VDC of the switch, the default gateway and the IP address of the switch may not be reachable if they are configured using the setup script. This issue can occur when you use the setup script to configure the default gateway and IP address. The default gateway and IP address should be configured manually in the “default” VRF.

If you configure the same device in DPVM using NWWN and enter the activate force command, the device is not logged out and does not login again to the NWWN configured VSAN. Workaround: To work around this issue, do one of the following: • 1. Create a DPVM configuration by PWWN instead of NWWN. 2.
