Note If you are currently using IVR non-NAT mode, migrate to IVR-NAT before you upgrade to
NX-OS Release 5.2(1). See the migration procedure in the “Upgrading Guidelines Specific to

FCoE Module
• In Cisco MDS NX-OS Release 5.2(1), you cannot install a FCoE module in a switch that is running
DMM, SME, or IOA.
• Link traps for FCoE devices are sent only when a VFC interface flaps.
