Symptom: The Cisco 9222i switch spontaneously reboots itself, and the following stack trace can

Workaround: This issue is resolved.

Symptom: In certain rare circumstances, RADIUS authentication might stop working on a Cisco
MDS 9000 Family switch. Use the show cores command to verify if the process failed.

Workaround: This issue is resolved.
• CSCtq01451
Symptom: The show ip interface command displays the error message “Internal error during
command execution (11 8b)” on session termination.
The logging log file contains the message “%VSHD-2-VSHD_SYSLOG_EOL_ERR: EOL function
ipconf_show_ip_if_all from library libipconfcli.so exited due to Signal 11.”
A VSH core file might also be generated.
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
• CSCtq40455
Symptom: The interface VSAN membership configuration for a module that is powered off is
missing after the configuration is saved. This issue can occur if you enter the copy
running-configuration startup-configuration command while a module if powered off. It can also
occur implicitly in some scenarios with FICON “active equals saved.”
Workaround: This issue is resolved.
