A vertical table is a standard report table with headers at the top, data going from top to
bottom and footers at the bottom. The default contexts in a down table are:

A horizontal table is like a vertical table turned on its side. Headers appear at the left,
data goes left to right and footers appear at the right. The default contexts for a horizontal
