Replacing the Vertical Motion Motor

1. Remove the left access panel (refer to “Access for 1000ux/1900ux/2300ux Models” on

page 45).

2. Disconnect the two power cables to the vertical motor (see Figure 38).

Note: Remember the orientation of the motor before removing it in the next step. The motor must be

replaced in the same position on reassembly.

3. Remove two T-15 motor mounting screws on the gear box. Remove the motor (see

Figure 38).
