Enables and disables N_Port functionality for an Access Gateway port.
Synopsis portcfgnport [port_number] | [mode]
Description Use this command to configure the Access Gateway port as an N_Port in the case where the AG port is
connected to the enterprise fabric. The enabled N_Port automatically comes online if it is connected to
the enterprise fabric switch that supports NPIV. The N_Port must have NPIV capability enabled.
Note
NPIV capability should be enabled on the ports connected to the Access Gateway. Use
portCfgNPIVPort to enable NPIV capability on the specific port. By default, NPIV is enabled on
Goldeneye.
Operands This command has the following operands:
port number The N_Port number to enable or disable.
mode Displays current agmode setting for the switch. The default value
for mode is 0 (disabled) and if the is value 1 (enabled).
