Figure 3-5 shows how to apply the custom value for the threshold alarm changes; unless you apply the
value, it does not take effect.

Table 3-10 describes the 18 customization options displayed at the end of the Advanced Configuration
menu. With the exception of the last option, which exits advanced configuration mode, each option has
similar behavior. For each option, one or two lines will appear, prompting you to accept the new setting
information, and, after the information has been provided, the entire screen will refresh to display the
updated information.

To ensure that your alarm setting configuration is in effect, remember to change the alarm level to
Custom and then apply the alarm settings.
