Read only Identifies the BB_Credit model used by the Fx_Port. The regular model
refers to the buffer-to-buffer flow control mechanism defined in FC-PH
[1] used between the F_Port and the N_Port. For FL_Ports, the alternate
buffer-to-buffer flow control mechanism as defined in FC-AL [4] is used
between the FL_Port and any attached NL_Ports.
