6. On theDownload Filedialog box,conrm that the selected les are marked with a colored icon,
and
then click Download.
TheFileDownloaddialogbox opens.
7. On the File Download dialog box, click Save.
TheSaveAsdialogbox opens.
Note
: The compressed le to be downloaded is automatically named; however, you can change
the
name.
8. Specify the name of a folder in which to save the compressed le, and click Save.
When
download is complete, the Download Complete d ialog box appears.
9. Click Close to close the Download Complete dialog box.
10. D ec ompress the downloaded le (*.tgz)asrequired.
Note:
To create the *.tgz le, the directory tree is archived using the tar command an d then
compressed using the gzip c ommand. To decompress the *.tgz le, use the tool that supports
the
tar and gzip. For information on how to decompress the le, see the manual or online
help
for the tool you use.

Restoring Backups of the C onguration Files
Note:
You must log in with the user account of the storage administrator to restore the backup les
of the Remote Web Console conguration les. The kinds of conguration les that can be restored
depend on the
operation authority set for the user account. For the required operation authority to restore
conguration les, see Restore Dialog Box on page 80.
This section describes the procedure to restore the conguration les. For the procedure to download the
conguration les, see D ownloading the Conguration Files on page 90.
To restore the conguration les:
1. On the Tool Panel of the Remote Web Console comp uter, click Control Panel to open the
Control Panel.
The login dialog box is displayed.
2. Enter the user ID and password, and click Login.
