Probable Cause Indicates recovery from earlier condition of one or more fans having failed.

Action
This can only occur on switches with non-removable fans. It follows a previous indication of
faultiness.
If the fan continues to generate this message, it indicates oscillation between faulty and non-faulty
behavior. Replace the switch because the fan is not field-replaceable.
