Configure Director Ports
Use the following procedure to configure the names and settings for director Fibre
Channel ports:
1. At the View page, choose the Configure option at the left side of the panel. The
Ports page displays, as shown in Figure 3–3. Use the vertical scroll bar as
necessary to display additional port information rows (up to 64 ports).
a. For each port, type a port name of 24 or fewer alphanumeric characters in the
associated Name field. The port name should identify the device to which the
port is attached.
b. Click the check box in the Blocked column to block or unblock a port (default
is unblocked). A check mark indicates a blocked port. Blocking a port
prevents the attached device from communicating with the director.
