Using EWS to Configure the Director 2/64
c. Type the new value as specified by the customer’s network administrator in
the Gateway Address field. (default is 0.0.0.0).
3. Click Activate to save the information. See Figure 3–11.

4. Update the address resolution protocol (ARP) table as follows.
a. Choose File > Close. The Windows desktop displays.
b. At the Windows desktop, choose Start > Programs > Accessories >
Command Prompt. A disk operating system (DOS) window displays.
c. Delete the Director’s old IP address from the ARP table. At the command
(C:\) prompt, type arp -d xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the old IP address for the Director 2/64.
d. Close the DOS window.
