Message: Cooling fan propeller failed.
Severity: Major.
Explanation: Three cooling fans (out of six) failed or are rotating at insufficient angular velocity. The
remaining fans are operational. The amber LED illuminates at the rear of the fan
modules associated with the failed fans.
Action: Replace the indicated fan modules.
Event Data: The first byte of event data (byte 0) specifies the failed fan numbers.
