Message: SFP optical transceiver failure.
Severity: Major.
Explanation: A SFP optical transceiver in an UPM card failed. The amber LED corresponding to the
port illuminates to indicate the failure. Other ports remain operational if their LEDs are
extinguished.
Action: Replace the failed transceiver with a functional transceiver of the same type.
