3. Attach the bracket with 10-32, flat-head Phillips screws (4) using the two

center threaded holes on the front side of the switch.

4. Repeat step 2 and step 3 for the second front mounting bracket.

5. Locate the two rear mounting brackets in the shipping carton.

6. Position a rear mounting bracket (3) so that the bracket’s center holes (1)

line up with the 1st and 3rd threaded holes on the back portion of the switch

side.

Note: The slotted end (2) of the bracket should face toward the back of the

switch.

7. Secure the rear mounting bracket to the switch using two 10-32, flat-head

Phillips screws.

8. Repeat step 6 and step 7 for the second rear mounting bracket.
