Maintenance Analysis Procedures (MAPS)
To fault isolate software-related problems with the server, go to
MAP 0300: Server Application Problem Determination on page 3-49.
To fault isolate director-to-server communication problems, go to
MAP 0400: Loss of Server Communication on page 3-57.

communicating with the director through the SANpilot interface?

MAP. Refer to the supporting documentation shipped with the
