General Information
Field-Replaceable Units
The director provides a modular design that enables quick removal
and replacement of FRUs. This section describes director FRUs and
controls, connectors, and indicators associated with the FRUs.
Director FRUs accessed from the front (Figure 1-2) include the:
• Cable management assembly.
•Front bezel.
• Control processor (CTP) cards.
• Universal port module (UPM) cards (1 and 2 Gbps).
• 10 Gbps port module (XPM) cards.
• Power supplies.
