Cannot retrieve switch state. Switch state cannot be
retrieved. The link is down or
busy.

performed on a port that has
failed.
Run diagnostics only on an
operational port.
Cannot run diagnostics on
an active E-port.
Port diagnostics cannot be

E-port.
Run diagnostics on an
E-port only when it is not
active.
Cannot run diagnostics
while a device is logged-in
to the port.
A device is logged in to the
port where a diagnostic test
is attempted.
Log out the device and run
the diagnostic test again.
