POST/IPL diagnostics detected a firmware failure (as indicated by event code

411) and performed an online dump. All Fibre Channel ports reset after the failure

and attached devices momentarily log out, log in, and resume operation.

Perform the data collection procedure and return the backup disk to HP support

personnel. Exit MAP.
