13. Reverse the counterweight shipping restraint so that the pin is facing out. Reinstall it onto the back
wall of the library using the two nuts previously removed (see Figure 20).

14. Remove the six panel shipping restraints—three on each side of the cabinet.
a. The load ports are located in the center bin panel on each side of the library. Use a long-
shaft screwdriver or similar tool to press on the bottom of the white load port latching
mechanism to disengage it and release the load port (see Figure 21)
