differentiated experience tailored to their needs and enabling a proactive support experience
through the HP Insight Online portal. In addition, we provide our HP authorized service

and HP employees preferred firmware access so they can continue to offer excellent service to our
HP customers. We ask our customers to check their existing support agreements to confirm they
are covered or encourage them to obtain a valid support agreement for the HP products in their
environments, to access all the valuable information HP provides to its entitled customers
5. What forms of support coverage are required to access the latest firmware updates
for HP Enterprise Virtual Array?
An active warranty, HP Care Pack or support agreement for the specific product being updated is
required to access the latest firmware updates. Despite access, customers are only authorized to
download and use updates for products that are covered by a support contract or warranty.
Customers should familiarize themselves with the service offerings, eligibility requirements, and
terms of their support agreement.
6. I have a support agreement, but am unable to access entitled firmware. Why?
Ensure the support agreement is active and is linked to your HP Support Center User ID.
7. I am an HP ServiceOne, HP AllianceOne or OEM partner, how do I obtain access?
Please refer to your Program Specific contact (Partner Business Manager) or Program website for
eligibility requirements and process for gaining access.
8. I am an HP Employee, how do I obtain access?
HP Employees may access content that requires entitlement by logging into HP Support Center
using your Digital Badge. To login with Digital Badge, you must access HP Support Center through
the HP Intranet here
