Multiple-path support Novell NetWare with EVA storage requires the installation of HP StorageWorks Secure Path on each host to achieve high-availability, multiple-path capability. Single-path support Novell NetWare servers require a single Fibre Channel Adapter (FCA) to support single-path mode. NOTE: Single-path mode should not be used in mission-critical environments. Server support All Novell NetWare certified servers are supported.
Using the proper service pack with the SSSU Ensure that the required service pack is installed if you are using sssunlm.nlm on Novell NetWare. Otherwise, a critical failure occurs on the second run. See Table 1 for a list of the appropriate Novell NetWare service packs. Using snapshot or snapclone When you create a snapshot or snapclone with Novell NetWare, you must present the snapshot or snapclone to a host other than that host from which is was created.
