Command Line Interface Reference Guide

Removes a disk drive from the spareset. The spareset contains disk drives that are

available for use, but not yet added to the controller configuration.

Syntax

DELETE SPARESETS disk-name

Parameters

The following parameter supports the DELETE SPARESETS command:

disk-name

Identifies the disk drive to be deleted from the spareset. Remove only one disk

at a time from a spareset.

Switches

There are no switches associated with this command.

Example

To remove DISK20300 from the spareset, enter:

DELETE SPARESETS DISK20300
