Site Preparation
Before installing the enclosure, make sure that adequate space is available in
front of the enclosure for opening the front door (10 in/25.4 cm clearance).
See Figure 2–1 for specific space requirements.

Unpacking the RAID Array 3000
The shipping containers provide maximum protection for the subsystem and
all components. Compaq recommends that you unpack the subsystem in the
installation area.
