DiscoverDiskDevices
Requests an enabled host to scan its bus and discover presented storage volumes. This ensures
that the host's low-level device layers recognize the presented storage volumes as a host disk
devices.
Syntax and arguments
When initially inserted into a job, the command syntax and default arguments are:
DiscoverDiskDevices ( %hostname%, %storvol_unc_list% )
Host Name (%hostname%). Select or enter the name of the enabled host that you want to discover
the presented storage volume.
List of UNC Storage Volume Names (%storvol_unc_list%). Select or enter the names of presented
storage volumes to be discovered. See Argument list. Or, select a variable used in a prior step
that represents the storage volumes.
