Web Tools event filtering uses a time range of 0-11 rather than 1 -12.

Portstats: Selecting the “Show delta” radio button and clicking on
the clear counter button, does not clear the counters. It changes the
values to negative. Clicking the clear counter button again will reset
counter to zero.
