Host takes a long time to log in when disabled/unused GE-iS CSI
ports have IP ad
dresses configured to them. When host does a
"SendTargets=
All" those IP addresses will be in the list, but will be
unreachable.

After changing Backbone FID, switchshow does not display LE
port information for some EX or VEX ports. Ports function correctly,
only the display is incorrect.
