Audience
These Release Notes are intended for systems administrators and technicians
who are responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining Fabric OS
version 3.1.3.
Overview
HP Fabric OS 3.1.3a is a maintenance release containing fixes to a number of
issues, as well as the following enhancements and new features:
■ Reduced fabric configuration downtime
Extended-edge PID for mixed-fabric— eliminates host reboot for hosts that
statically bind PIDs
■ Improved fabric diagnostics
Supports the pathInfo command, which displays path information between
any two ports of a fabric
■ Improved manageability and ease-of-use
Advanced Web Tools improvements
