2. Select ActionsEnable Factory Overrides. The Factory Overrides dialog box appears.
3. Contact HP Technical Support to obtain the factory password.
4. Enter the factory password, and then click OK. Assuming the factory password is valid, you
are now able to access the password-protected functions of Command View TL.
Disabling factory overrides
To disable factory overrides:
1. In the Command View TL Launcher window, click the Administration tab.
The current setting for factory overrides appears.
2. Select ActionsDisable Factory Overrides.
The Confirmation dialog box appears for removing the factory overrides password.
3. Click OK to remove the factory overrides password.
