Workaround prior to code change:
Fabric can be merged by disabling
the switches and setting idid mode in
the switch configurations, then
bringing the switches online. This
option is applicable only in the event
the user wishes to merge the switch
to a fabric that also has idid set.
After cfgdefault and migration from Interopmode 0 to Interopmode 2,
all switches are setting idid bit in ESA, when idid is not enabled.
