Workaround prior to code change: A.
DCFM can be used to add the port
fencing policy for F_Port. B. Existing
Fabric OS CLI can always be used to
add port fencing policy after bringing
up F_Port on a switch. Adding port
fencing policy for F_Port makes sense
only when there are F ports on a
switch and anyway the existing CLI
behavior takes care of this.
Fabric OS CLI doesn't allow Port fencing policy addition for F_Port
when there are no F_ports on the switch.
