Probable Cause Indicates that a USB operation error has occurred during execution of the supportSave command.
Complete error information cannot always be displayed in this message because of possible errors
in subcommands being executed by the supportSave command.
Recommended
Action
Execute the usbstorage command to check the USB storage device settings. After the USB problem
is corrected, execute the supportSave command again.
Severity WARNING
SS-1004

modules timed out during supportsave. Retry supportsave with -t option to collect
all logs.
Probable Cause Indicates timeout in modules during the execution of the supportSave command.

connection is established, execute the supportSave command again.

not collected for slot <Slot Number>. Reason: blade was not available to accept a
supportsave request.
Probable Cause Indicates that the supportsave request was not sent to the blade in the specified slot.
