HP StoreOnce VSA 1.1 Software Release Notes (TC458-96015, December 2013)

If after deployment via SEM or vSphere client, the service set on the VSA is in failed to start state,
this can be due to an invalid destination network selection during deployment. To recover from
this scenario, edit the network settings on the VSA from vSphere client. Right click on the VSA
Edit Settings Network adaptor option to select the appropriate destination network. After this,
reboot the VSA to get the service set up and running.
In the event of loss of access to the datastore, the VSA service set goes down and file system
becomes read-only. This behavior may be seen when the connectivity to the external ESXi storage
is lost or removed when the VSA is powered on and running. The StoreOnce VSA may become
unresponsive in this case. Contact HP Support for assistance at http://www.hp.com/support.
Deletion of a virtual disk added to the VSA is not supported. If done, this could result in the VSA
becoming unusable.

Guide for any further issues
