Label the defective power board with the proper information and package it for return to the
local parts hub.
Step 4. If applicable, update the system logbook (Gold book).
Step 5. Clean the work area including the removal of all packaging material.
Step 6. Advise the customer of completed repair, and thank them for choosing Hewlett-Packard.
