The XMIOB routes necessary utilities signals from the utilities inlet connector. It also routes other utilities
signals to the bridge connector. The XMIOB also has connectors to feed through REO and clock signals to the
HIOB, as well as a connector and optional filter components for the chassis OL* LED signals. Chassis sheet
metal and different connector sizes prevent illegal cable connection scenarios.
