Drive detected but not responding
First check :
Check the SCSI IDs of all devices on the bus. Other device with clash of
address would disappear as well.
Check correct cable is being used.
Check cabling.
Check SCSI bus terminated properly.
Check if the drive is faulty.
Then do this :
Terminate the SCSI bus correctly.
Change to recommended cable.
If more than one device present, ensure each device has its own SCSI ID. It is
recommended that only one device is connected to the appliance on the SCSI
bus.
If this was not successful then call for service
Drive not detected
First check :
