As shown in the screen above (which you get after pressing the Clear Account
Password button on the Manage Protected Computers screen), you just press the
Clear Account Password button on this screen (the only button there is, except for
<Back and Back to Tasks at the bottom).
What management does the appliance
require from the administrator?
The software on the appliance has been designed so that minimal administration is
required. However there are some tasks which still require an administrator, such as
changing users password, deleting redundant accounts, etc. Details about these tasks
can be found at this page in the administrator's guide.
How does the administrator find out
account details?
When you click on the Manage Protected Computers entry on the Tasks tab, you see
