loopback test
Test that checks attachment or co ntrol unit circ uitry, without chec king the mec hanism
itself, by returning the output of the mec hanism as input.

managed product
A hardware pro duct that can be managed with the HP EFC Produc t Manager. For
example, the FC-64 is a managed product. See also device.
multiswitch fabric
A Fibre Channel fabric created by linking more than one director or fabric switching
device within a fabric.
