Example To download switch configuration from the server

Errors There are several possible reasons for a failure of this command:

• The host name is not known to the switch.

• The host IP address cannot be contacted.

• The user does not have permission on the host.

• The user runs a script that prints something at login.

• The file does not exist on the host.

• The file is not a switch configuration file.

• The RSHD or FTP server is not running on the host.

• The configuration data contains errors.
