Switch Fabric Settings
This section provides information on switch fabric settings.
Switch Fabric Settings There are a number of settings control the overall
behavior and operation of the fabric. Some of
these values, such as the domain, are assigned
automatically by the fabric and may differ from
one switch to another in the fabric. Other
parameters, such as the buffer-to-buffer credit or
the time-out values, can be changed for specific
applications or operating environments, but must
be in agreement among all switches to allow
formation of the fabric.
The table in the next section defines settings that
can be changed.
