Description Use this command to display network interface status. If the operand

all interfaces are displayed.
Each switch has three interfaces:

“lo” is the loopback interface.
“fc” is the fibre channel interface.
The “fc” interface is displayed for switches running IP over fibre channel
that have been assigned an FC-IP address.
For each interface selected, the following information is displayed:
• flags (for example, loopback, broadcast, arp, running, debug)
• internet address
• broadcast address
• netmask and subnetmask
• Ethernet address
• route metric
• maximum transfer unit
• number of packets received and sent
• number of input errors, output errors, and collisions
